OurVision
Our organization has been providing critical healthcare services to homeless and underserved populations in Southern California since founded in 2022 by a group of dedicated healthcare professionals. Our team consists of licensed physicians, nurses, and trained volunteers, all committed to bringing quality healthcare directly to those who need it most.
We primarily serve:
- Individuals experiencing homelessness
- Low-income and uninsured individuals
- Individuals with substance use disorders
- Individuals with mental health challenges
- Undocumented immigrants, refugees, asylum seekers
- LGBTQ+ individuals facing housing insecurity
Our services are available to anyone in need, regardless of their ability to pay, immigration status, or life circumstances.
Programs Offered:
1. Chronic Disease Management:
- Monitor and treat conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and COPD
- Assist with medication management and adherence
2. Mental Health Services:
- Offer on-site counseling and psychiatric evaluations and treatment
3. Substance Use Treatment:
- Conduct harm reduction, including clean needles and naloxone distribution
- Offer medication-assisted treatment for opioid addiction
- Provide referrals to detox and rehabilitation programs
4. Wound Care:
- Specialized treatment for chronic wounds, common among the homeless population
- Provide supplies and education for ongoing wound care
5. Social Services Support:

- Assist with applications for housing, benefits, and identification documents
